Where are you in the process?

If you haven't chosen a device yet, email us to discuss your options. For connection, build, or payment status issues after delivery, submit a ticket from the order so the device details and issue stay together.

Choosing a Mac: Email Us

Tell us whether you need a Mac for everyday Xcode development, CI builds, or experiments on Apple Silicon. Include the number of concurrent tasks, expected usage, and preferred deployment region. If you're unsure about memory or storage, just describe your project.

Email support@viewmini.com. We don't publish a fixed email response time, so please refer to our actual reply.

Order Issues: Submit a Ticket

Sign in to the console, find the relevant order, and check the model, region, and connection details. Then submit a ticket from the console. Include the order details for connection failures, build issues, or billing and payment status questions.

Note when the issue occurred, what you've tried, and any sanitized logs. Check the console for ticket updates and replies; we don't promise a fixed response time.

Before You Email

Tell us what you need in one email.

The fields below help you draft an email in your browser. Clicking the button opens your device's email app; nothing is submitted to this site. You can review and edit the message before sending it yourself.

  • Describe your specific workflow, such as project builds, the number of parallel runners, or the models you need to run.
  • Choose from Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, or the US East Coast. If you're unsure, tell us your team's time zone.
  • Specify a rental term by the day, week, month, or quarter. See the plans page for specs and pricing for all three tiers.

What to Include in an Order Ticket

Check these three things before submitting a ticket.

Select the relevant order in the console to give your issue clear device context. Use the checklist below to help us troubleshoot. Don't share connection credentials or paste full certificates or tokens into a ticket.

  1. 01 Identify the device

Include the model and region shown on the order. Tell us whether the issue occurred with SSH, the graphical interface, an Xcode build, or another task.

  2. 02 Note the time

Include when the issue occurred and your time zone, whether it can be reproduced, and the last step that worked. No need to guess at the backend status.

  3. 03 Share your troubleshooting results

Describe what you've tried and include enough of the error message to identify the issue. Remove tokens, certificates, private keys, and personal information from logs before sending them.

Payment Support

Check the order first, then tell us about the payment issue.

All prices are charged in USD. We accept USDT-TRC20 and Visa / Mastercard / Amex processed through Stripe. Available payment options at checkout depend on what the backend returns. The plans page shows listed prices; check the order and billing records in the console for a specific transaction's status.

If the order status doesn't match what you expected, submit a ticket from that order with its ID, payment method, and current status. Don't share full card numbers, wallet keys, or sensitive payment details on public pages.

No need to wait for support

Check these things yourself first.

If you don't have an order yet, start by checking the specs and rental terms. If you've received your device, follow the connection steps to check your setup. If the self-service guides don't resolve the issue, contact support with the checks you've already completed.

Check Specs & Rental Terms

Compare the chips, memory, storage, and exact USD prices for all three Apple Silicon device tiers, with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly terms.

Troubleshoot Connections & Builds

Check your connection details, SSH keys, host identity, and toolchain in order. Keep any error message that can help reproduce the issue.
