1. Scope

This policy covers information related to browsing ViewMini’s public website, viewing plans and support content, and contacting us by email. Browsing public pages and choosing to send us an inquiry involve different information.

When you place an order, view your device, or manage a service, those actions take place in the Console. Refer to the information shown after you sign in for order and device records. Your connection credentials and private order details aren’t displayed on public pages.

Actual data flows, fields used, and service providers for the website and Console depend on the configuration in place when the service is live. If our processes change, we’ll review and update this policy accordingly rather than describe planned or inactive practices as current.

2. Information We Handle

When you contact support, you may provide an email address, inquiry topic, workload details, and any materials you choose to attach so we can respond. Questions about existing orders may also involve the device model, region, order reference, and redacted diagnostic information you provide.

To handle support requests, our records may include ticket correspondence, when an issue occurred, troubleshooting steps already tried, and our responses. Don’t include passwords, private keys, tokens, complete certificates, or unrelated personal information in emails or tickets.

As the website operates, essential access and error logs may record the time of a request, the page requested, and technical details needed to investigate issues. The specific fields depend on the configuration in place; this policy doesn’t claim we collect fields that aren’t actually collected.

3. How We Use Information

For presales inquiries, we use details you provide—such as your intended use, preferred region, and estimated rental period—to understand your needs and answer questions. For example, we may first check the specifications of the M4 and M4 Pro instead of asking you to share project source code or access keys.

For an existing order, we use the information needed to verify the selected device, rental period, region, and service status, and to handle support requests submitted through the Console. Availability is based on the live response in the Console and your order details.

If you encounter connection or build issues, we use the redacted error details and communications you provide, along with necessary operational logs, to investigate. Information unrelated to the issue isn’t needed for troubleshooting. Before sending logs, check them for credentials and personal information and redact anything sensitive.

4. Service Providers & Payments

Fulfilling orders, processing payments, and responding to support requests may require sharing information needed for the relevant step with the services involved. Any information shared should match the actual operation; we won’t claim a service provider has received your information simply because it could technically do so.

Orders are charged in USD. Payment methods are limited to USDT-TRC20 and Visa, Mastercard, or Amex processed by Stripe. Check the Console for the payment options actually available at checkout.

Before submitting payment details, check the amount, rental period, and selected payment method on the checkout page. To ask about a payment or order status, sign in to the Console and submit a ticket with the order reference needed to locate the transaction. Don’t share complete payment credentials through public pages.

5. Retention & Security

We retain information only as needed to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, troubleshoot security issues, and meet applicable requirements. Retention criteria may differ by record type; this policy doesn’t set a single retention period that hasn’t been verified. Actual retention periods and deletion procedures are governed by the policies in effect.

Access to information about orders and service communications is limited by job responsibilities, and only personnel and systems that need it to handle the matter should have access. You should also safeguard your Console and device connection credentials and avoid including sensitive information in public inquiries.

When information is no longer needed for its stated purpose, deletion or other further handling follows the applicable process in effect. To ask how specific information is retained or deleted, use the contact channel listed in the final section of this policy so we can check the relevant records.

6. Your Requests & Contact

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information about you, email us at support@viewmini.com. Tell us whether your request concerns a website inquiry, an order, or a support ticket, and include enough detail to help us locate the record. Don’t send passwords or private keys by email.

If you have an existing order, you can also sign in to the Console and submit a ticket. For questions about order records, submit the ticket from the relevant order so we can match your request to the right records. For other ways to contact us and what to prepare before getting in touch, see our Contact page.
