1. Service scope

ViewMini provides Mac mini cloud rental services powered by Apple Silicon. Each order is for a dedicated physical Mac, not a virtual machine sharing computing resources with other customers. Available models, regions and rental terms are listed on thePlans pageand confirmed at checkout.

Access methods and delivery details for a rented device are specified in the relevant order. Access to use a device does not transfer ownership of its hardware or include software licences or other services not listed in the order. For connection setup and environment checks, see theconnection guide.

2. Orders & billing

ViewMini offers the ViewMini M4 Core, ViewMini M4 Plus and ViewMini M4 Pro. The chip, memory, base storage, available regions and prices for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly rental terms are listed on thePlans page. Storage upgrades and Thunderbolt 5 clustering are separately priced add-ons and do not change the base model designation.

Prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). Before placing an order, check the model, region, rental term, add-ons and total due. The order details confirmed at checkout determine the final purchase. Device availability is based on the status currently shown in the console.

To review the amount, rental term or configuration of an existing order, sign in to theConsoleand check the relevant record. If you have a question about a charge, provide the order number and the specific item so we can investigate. Do not share payment credentials on public pages.

3. Payment methods

ViewMini accepts USDT-TRC20 and Visa, Mastercard or Amex card payments processed by Stripe. All orders are charged in USD. Payment options available at checkout are determined by the options returned by the system.

Before paying, check the order total and selected payment method. You can view your order, payment status and subsequent account information in theConsoleIf a record does not match your expectations, submit a support ticket in the Console or email support@viewmini.comwith your order number.

4. Use & security

Keep your Console login details, SSH keys and other device access credentials secure, and grant access only to authorised people. Before sharing credentials or changing device permissions, consider the impact on project data and existing connections. If you notice unauthorised access, notify the support team promptly through a Console ticket.

You are responsible for ensuring that any software, dependencies, assets and build tools you install are properly licensed for their intended use, and that your activity on the device complies with applicable laws. Manage build artefacts, project configuration, secret tokens and data backups through your own project workflows. Do not put confidential information in public repositories or public support requests.

ViewMini is responsible for providing the device service and access details specified in the order. For checks involving an account, device permissions or service issues, use the order record and any necessary redacted logs to communicate. Remove keys, certificates and unrelated personal information before submitting materials.

5. Delivery, changes & termination

Each order should specify the model, region, rental term, selected add-ons and delivery details. After receiving access information, check it against the order, then follow theconnection guideto verify the device identity and required development environment. If anything does not match, submit a Console ticket with your order number.

To change the configuration, rental term or device access arrangements, first check the available options in the Console and their applicable conditions. A change takes effect only as confirmed in the relevant order record; an enquiry by email alone does not change an order.

Before the rental term expires or the service ends, transfer any project files, build artefacts and credentials you need, and check for any automation tasks still in use. Check the relevant order details and rules published at the time for the order status and applicable arrangements after termination. Do not assume what happens next based on unconfirmed arrangements.

6. Liability & disputes

If a dispute arises about an order, delivery or device use, both parties should first review the order record, relevant notices, device status and any necessary redacted operation logs, then communicate through aConsole ticketor support@viewmini.com. Describe what happened, the scope of the impact and the steps already taken to address it.

The scope of liability should be assessed in light of the specific order, the actions taken by both parties and the applicable rules. The effects of circumstances beyond reasonable control and of user actions should likewise be considered on the facts of each case; a general statement on this page does not replace an investigation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through discussion may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
